Joseph K. Schulman, the founder and CEO of Gold Bond Building Services Inc , is a nationally recognized sanitation expert and entrepreneur. Additionally, he's one of the most knowledgeable and experienced professionals in the industry today. Mr. Schulman founded these companies with the idea of enhancing our mission of "Cleaning for Health" taking cleaning to the next level. His original UV sanitation product concepts and designs—such as the RestAssured Personal UV Inspection Light™ for sanitary inspection, and the world famous patented DeGERMinator™ Portable UV Sanitizer by Spectroline® for UV disinfection—using both the long and short wavelengths of UV light, designed and engineered for greatly enhanced visual inspection of sanitary conditions, , rapid UV-C disinfection, and infection control applications using our commercial and industrial UV equipment, manufactured by the leading UV manufacturers in America. In short, these products have taken cleaning to the next level. And today, amidst the ever emerging threats of pandemic infection, these products and equipment have never been more timely or important.
Mr. Schulman didn't want to be the average cleaning contractor. Instead, it was his goal to revolutionize the industry and the delivery of the highest quality commercial cleaning services. That's why we're one of the few companies in the US using UV technologies to clean for health. We use only hospital-grade EPA registered, OSHA-certified disinfectants, techniques, and protocols to combat and destroy disease-causing germs in the workplace and to help prevent the spread of common illnesses.
